Introduction

Molybdenum oxide briquette is used as additive of molybdenum steel alloy, such as low alloy steel, cast iron, cast steel, alloy steel and stainless steel. Sodium hydroxide and ammonia are the best binder to produce the briquette, and the best filler materials are inert ones, such as silicon dioxide. Using the briquette in alloy steel is to fill ammonia in steel and make it dissolute in steel.
