Copper Infiltration

Introduction

Copper infiltration is a production method to produce tungsten copper and molybdenum copper. The grain size is always using 7um. The detail processes are sintering tungsten/molybdenum part and infiltrating copper. When the copper content is over 20%, the method can improve by mixing powder of tungsten/molybdenum with copper, and sinter, and then infiltrating copper.
