Introduction

Molybdenum copper alloy is a kind of pseudo alloys produced by powder metallurgy with Cu content of 10%~40%. The properties are high strength, density, electricity conductivity and thermal conductivity, and low thermal expansion. It is widely used as heat sink and structural material to connect ceramics.
