Copper Molybdenum Copper Alloy

Introduction

Copper molybdenum copper alloy is composite material with three layers of copper on the upper and bottom layer, molybdenum in the middle layer. Owing to the copper layer, the alloy is with high thermal and electricity conductivity, and the molybdenum layer is with high temperature resistance and low thermal expansion. It is produced by forged composite, electroplating composite and explosive composite, and widely used as heat sink.
