Introduction

Tungsten copper sheet can also be called copper tungsten sheet, copper tungsten alloy sheet and tungsten copper alloy sheet.
The WCu sheet is used to produce heat sink or heat spreader by using wire cutting method according to drawings. The copper content is from 7% to 50%. With different content of copper, the electricity conductivity and density are also different.
