Tungsten Carbide Welding Electrode

Introduction

Tungsten carbide welding electrode is cemented carbide welding electrode, TC welding electrode, tungsten carbide building up welding electrode, and cemented carbide building up welding electrode.
The welding electrode is using building up method with the raw materials of pellets made of tungsten carbide powder and cobalt powder. It is abrasive resistant, corrosion resistant and can work under high temperature for maintain and weld the mining machines and molds.
There are two types of TC welding electrode, one is with coating, the other is without. The coated electrode can be used to weld directly, but the no coating welding electrode should be protected by inert gas during welding.
