Introduction

Spray molybdenum powder is mainly used to be coating of automobile gear, piston ring, clutch, etc. With the coating of spray powder, the hardness and abrasive resistance are improved a lot. Usually, flame spraying molybdenum wire is the method for coating, but it shows defect of grain size uneven on the service. Therefore, the powder is used by ion spraying.
